14 Days / 2 Years
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order only if the product has not been used and comes in original packaging. All our products our covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years.

When applying to return your order you will need to get in touch with us via email or contact form. once we have received your message we will be able to guide you through your return process.
However if you do not meet the criteria for a return we will not be able to give you a refund.
Process
As long as your product has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our warehouse. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer.The return address will be given at the bottom of this page.
Apex.international cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, and we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.
Once returned to our warehouse we can offer a refund.
Damaged in transit
If your order has arrived damaged we are able to replace it free of charge. All you need to do is contact us and provide evidence of damaged goods.
Please do not send damaged order back.
